Home Renovations in Melbourne.
Managed Tight, Done Properly.
Kitchens, laundries, living areas and more. One team, one plan, fixed pricing — and a single point of contact from start to finish.
Servicing Hobsons Bay and Surrounding Melbourne Suburbs.
Why it Matters
Renovation headaches come from too many people, and no accountability.
You hire a tiler, a plumber, a carpenter, an electrician, and a painter. Each one books their own slot. Each one says the delay is someone else’s fault. The job drags out, the quote starts to look nothing like the invoice, and somewhere in the middle of it all you are left chasing five different people to find out what is happening in your own home.
We built BayFix to work differently. One team handles the whole job. One person answers when you call. Everything is scoped and priced in writing before work starts, and you hear from us throughout — not just at the beginning and the end.
The result is a renovation that runs on a real timeline, costs what we said it would, and finishes the way it should.
from initial consult through to final handover, you always know who to call.

Sound Familiar?
The things that make renovations drag on, and how we avoid them.
These are the complaints we hear most often from homeowners who have been through a renovation before. We designed our process specifically around fixing every one of them.
Too many tradies, no one in charge
When there is no single person coordinating the job, things fall through the gaps. We run every renovation as a managed project. One point of contact, one schedule, one team accountable for the whole outcome.
Quotes that grow once work starts
Vague scopes leave room for variations that keep appearing on your invoice. We write out a detailed scope before anything starts, and we get your sign-off before any changes are made.
Delays with no explanation
“Should be done by Friday” keeps becoming next week. We set a realistic timeline upfront, communicate any changes before they affect you, and do not promise dates we cannot keep.
A finish that does not feel worth what you paid
Rushed edges, uneven lines, fittings that do not quite work. We do not hand over a job until it meets the standard we quoted. You will not be left chasing us to come back and fix things.
What We Do
Three scales of renovation. One way of working.
Whether it is a single room or the whole house, the process is the same; written scope, fixed price, one team. The scope just changes.
Option 1
Single Room Refresh
One area that needs updating — kitchen, laundry, living area, or a room that did not get included in a previous renovation.
Typically 1 – 4 Weeks
Option 2
Multi-Area Renovation
Two or more areas renovated together — often more efficient and cost-effective than separate jobs.
Typically 4 – 10 Weeks
Option 3
Full Home Renovation
Homes that need a full update, properties being prepared for sale or rent, or older homes with accumulated deferred maintenance.
Typically 8 – 16+ weeks

FAQs
Questions people usually ask
Kitchens, laundries, living areas, flooring, painting, carpentry, doors and windows, and outdoor upgrades. We also handle bathrooms, and if the job involves waterproofing, we have that covered too. If you are not sure whether your project fits, give us a call and we will tell you.
For single-room jobs, usually not. For larger multi-area renovations, it depends on the scope and which parts of the house are affected. We will give you an honest answer on this when we scope the job, before you commit to anything.
If something comes up that changes the scope, we stop and talk to you about it before continuing. We explain what we found, what the options are, and what it will cost. Nothing gets added to your invoice without your sign-off first.
A single room refresh usually runs one to four weeks. A multi-area renovation is typically four to ten weeks. A full home renovation can be anywhere from eight to sixteen weeks or more, depending on what is involved. We give you a realistic timeline before we start, not an optimistic one.
We can give practical advice on what works well from a build perspective, but we are not interior designers. If you have clear selections already, great — we work with those. If you need help with the design side, we can point you toward people who do that well.
We manage the whole job. Tiling, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, all coordinated under one team. You do not need to source or schedule anyone separately. If a trade outside our usual scope comes up, we will let you know upfront.
